Prospective Musicians
We are looking for musicians to fill our ranks. There are openings for all wind, brass, and percussion instruments.
We would like to build our strength up to 45 musicians-of course more would be welcome in our ranks!

Enlistment Requirements
- Between the ages of 18 & 70
- Citizen of the United States
- Meet Maryland National Guard weight standard for age & height
- Good health and moral character
- Background check from local police or sheriff's office
- Adequate musical skills on a wind, brass, or percussion instrument, with expected advancement to a higher level or above within one year following date of initial enlistment.
- Audition and interview
- Service is voluntary- Oath of Enlistment is required with enlistments lasting for two year renewable periods. The MDDF is not eligible to be federalized and you have the right to resign at any time.

Uniforms
- Army ACU 1 set
- Ceremonial Blues 1 set (optional)
- Rehearsals will take place twice a month-On the first Sunday (1500-1730) and third Tuesday (1900-2130) at the Pikesville Armory.
- There will be performances, as scheduled, including the annual muster, drills, reviews and parades.
